No more babies...

I went out yesterday to check--I hadn't seen any movement from the nest in a bit. I heard lots of cheeping, saw lots of fluttering and then when all was said and done, there was a small baby Robin on the ground. I didn't actually SEE his first flight as much as I heard it! I quickly backed off to let him be. We can only assume that Mommy and Daddy Robin did their best to prepare their babies for the big world that awaits them, and I can only hope that maybe these babies will return one day to build a nest for their babies.

Noah's karate class today

One of the things they did in karate today was to put a length of belt for a "flag" in their belts, at the back, and the goal was to grab the other person's flag first. I think Noah did a great job!
