He was in a dinosaur mood, so that's what those are. Patrick has plans to change it periodically, as Noah blesses us with new drawings.

10/7/09 Noah rockin' out the fashion world. The pants are NOT cropped, but are tucked into his boots. To my knowledge, it wasn't raining that day, but he does love his camo rain boots.
