We had a really great Valentine's Day--we gave Noah his card, his bright pink Peeps Hearts (and he ate 2 before we really knew what happened); then I made pink sort-of-heart-shaped pancakes. We sort of lazed around, then made cupcakes (some regular, some dinosaur ones), and then Noah, Patrick and I decorated them. Or, more accurately, Noah put some icing on a cupcake, then licked it off. Then grabbed another cupcake, put icing on it, and licked it off. When he started reaching for the 3rd cupcake, we put the kibosh on it and suggested he just continue decorating and eating the icing off the ones he already had. We took some up to Grandma & Grandpa, where Noah got another card and more sugar, and then we headed home.
The family shot originated when Patrick, Noah and Mouse were under the blanket, and for some reason, just seeing a part of Mouse (her head, her tail) while the rest of her body was hidden under the blanket just sent Noah into fits of laughter. So then, he and Patrick were "hiding" and then I set up the tripod quickly to try to capture the moment. The picture from today is the result of shopping on-line, looking for deals. I love this hat & mitten set! Enjoy!

Love the hat and mittens. I can't tell what it is though!!
ReplyDeleteOh, it's Rudolph. The hat has antlers & a red nose; the mittens have "hooves" on the palms. It's so cute...
