Some quick pictures!

12/13/09 I'm not sure what he's holding...sandwich? waffle? Really, it's anyone's guess...

12/13/09 Wiping off whatever he was holding off his hands. I truly love the Mickey Santa hat.

12/19/09 Rudolph in Monster pajama-jams.

12/19/09 I'm not sure what he was drawing, but I do love that he is wearing the balloon hat Daddy fashioned for him.

Is it December ALREADY??? Yikes...

Here are some pictures. If it makes anyone feel better, I do feel bad that I don't post daily (or even bi-daily, or tri-daily, or semi-daily).

Enjoy!

11.24.09 I love how the picture in the background goes with this pose.

11.24.09 He didn't want Octopus to be left out. I think Octopus was saying "CHEESE!"

11.24.09 An action pose!

12.4.09 Rockin' out Mommy's Valentine Monkey socks. Somehow, Noah pulls it off...

12.8.09 Ready for Santa in his Mickey Santa hat. Note the ears...

12.9.09 Fending off the paparazzi...

Sorry sorry sorry sorry sorry...

Yeah, I know I need to pick up the slack, suck it up & git 'er done, and all those other sayings. I know I've fallen behind on posting a picture of the day, and I know that I keep saying it, but I'm trying--really, truly trying--to be better.

Here's a few...

11.15.09 Sportin' his cool flame hat.

11.15.09 Showing his amazin g ability to accessorize. By the way--the thing in his left hand is a small plastic tiger flashlight. He is his daddy's son...he LOVES flashlights!

11.17.09 Saying "Cheese" with Cheetos in his mouth.

11.17.09 "My bologna has a first name..."

11.17.09 Lookin' goofy, eatin' lunch.

Missed the Fall colors in the Mountains this year

We were too late. We ventured up to the Blue Ridge Parkway (a sentimental favorite of ours--we got engaged at the Glassmine Falls overlook) to see the fall color, but were about a week too late. Oh well. There were some pretty trees here & there, but I think for us, it was just nice to get out and about as a family.

Enjoy!

11.7.09 Noah & Patrick; I do wish the sun hadn't been at that exact angle--it was a gorgeous, clear day and you can really see the mountains in the distance. It's just sorta hard to see the boys!

11.12.09 Noah striking a pose. And yes, he picked out the Dinosaur sweater vest, and then continued to adorn it with stickers. We have about 2 million little stickers that he found and has been sticking them everywhere. But, since we figure we'll be in this house for a good bit, I'm not worried about the paint on these walls, or the carpet (like I was at Carolina Ave), so I've been able to pretty much roll with it. Mouse isn't too happy, though--she's been stickered a few times.

November????

How can it be November already? And almost MID-November????

We have been busy getting the new house set up, trying to get into a routine, and things are starting to settle down a bit, so hopefully I can get back to posting a picture each day. After all, the blog isn't called "Picture every few days, whenever the planets are aligned just so and I happen to be wearing a purple shirt."

I don't think I happen to own a purple shirt, but that's not going to stop me from posting these few pics from last week.

Enjoy!

11/4/09 It's a bird...it's a plane...it's SUPER MONKEY!

11.5.09 Chillin' with Mousey!

11.5.09 Modeling his new Dino shirt. I can't wait for JC Penney to come a-callin'.

11.6.09 Okay, so it's not the best picture of Noah--I think he was in the middle of saying "Cheese" (which, by the way, he now says whenever we pick up a camera, but he doesn't necessarily smile, so it sorta defeats the purpose.). This is more of an illustration of Mommy ingenuity--he's got a great pair of pants that he loves, and they had a small hole in the knee, which quickly turned into a large gash. So, I found a patch, cut out a Mickey shape, and put it over the gash. I was pretty proud of myself! He seemed to really like the pants, too!

11.6.09 Close up of our boy...

This weekend...

And folks, forgive us, but the next few days are going to be quite hectic, so I can't promise a picture each day, but will try!

Bein' goofy.

TGIF!

10/22/09 This was yesterday's picture. Noah found his monkey costume from 2 years ago. He wanted to put it on, but it was too small (wish I'd have gotten a picture of that!). So, now, he just carries it around. It's currently in our car as a traveling companion!

10/23/09 Doing his Zoo puzzle, with his batty batty bat shirt on and stripey socks. And of course, Mickey Mouse isn't too far away...

Happy Birthday, Daddy!

To the best Daddy in the whole world...Happy Birthday!
I love you!

Happy Wednesday!

Again, there's two! One was taken before we got dressed for school, and I just couldn't resist posting. The second, well, it just captures what our mornings are usually like!

Enjoy!

Love the accessorizing!

This was taken as he was running around the kitchen table at full speed, then stopped & started spinning!

Had to do two today...I couldn't decide!

10/20/09 Since it's been rather chilly in the mornings, we've pulled out our hats & mittens. Here Noah is sporting the ever-popular "Monkey" set. He didn't want to take off the hat or the mittens when we got to school this morning!

10/20/09 A sort-of self-portrait. He was sitting on my lap, and thankfully (since I really, REALLY need a haircut) I wasn't in the picture.

Boo at the Zoo!

10/18/2009 We had great fun at the Boo at the Zoo; I think our dinosaur was the cutest one there...

Welcome, Mimi & Papa!

10/17/09 Chillin' with Mimi & Papa. Again, rockin' the patterns...I do like the camouflage with bats.

Friday!

10/16/09 He's holding a vampire Mickey above him. The head is part of a set--head, arms & feet--that you put into a pumpkin, and the pumpkin is the body. It's pretty cute, when he leaves the parts in the pumpkin. That poor pumpkin, though, looks like he's been used as target practice...it's got all these little holes all over it from the various parts being shoved in & taken out again. And again, notice the boots...

For Thursday, October 15, 2009

10/15/09 It was sort of hard to get this shot, as he was a quickly moving target. He was "skating." Again, notice the boots...

Welcome!

Want to make sure that everyone notices that the artwork on the banner--Noah drew all of that!

He was in a dinosaur mood, so that's what those are. Patrick has plans to change it periodically, as Noah blesses us with new drawings.

Enjoy!

10/7/09 Noah rockin' out the fashion world. The pants are NOT cropped, but are tucked into his boots. To my knowledge, it wasn't raining that day, but he does love his camo rain boots.

10/13/09 Noah being a ham. I was trying to get a picture of his whole outfit, but liked this picture best!

10/14/09 He was entranced by something on TV. I just can see glimpses of the man he'll become in this picture.
